At Southern Ridge Homecraft, anyone can call us when they need help—but non-members pay standard coordination fees for each service request. Our members enjoy lower rates, priority scheduling, and ongoing support at a fraction of the cost. By subscribing, you’re locking in savings every time you need a repair, project, or emergency response.

Standard vs. Member Rates

Standard Rates: Pay as you go at our competitive hourly or flat-task pricing. Pay a a small coordination fee (15-20% of total bill) with each service.

Member Rates: Receive $75 off each emergency dispatch, up to twice per year, plus 25% off up to 4 hours of Handy Neighbor or Essential Expert services every month. Discounts can be rolled over for up to 6 months, giving you up to 24 hours of discounted service every half-year. That’s peace of mind and real savings, all year long. Most members save more than the cost of their plan after just 2 requests.
