Subscription Overview
Southern Ridge Homecraft LLC offers four monthly subscription options — Home Radar, Handy Neighbor, Essential Expert, and Homecraft Complete — designed to simplify homeownership by connecting you with trusted, licensed, and insured professionals.
Home Radar: Priority access to emergency HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, with a guaranteed professional dispatched within 24 hours.
Handy Neighbor: Access to vetted handymen for everyday fixes, projects, and upkeep.
Essential Expert: Access to licensed trade professionals, including electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians.
Homecraft Complete: Combines the benefits of all three plans at one discounted rate.
Subscribers are responsible for all independent service costs, which are separate from the subscription fee. Your subscription provides priority scheduling, exclusive discounts, and concierge coordination to ensure your home is cared for with speed and expertise.
Subscription Terms
Cost and Billing
Each individual subscription plan is billed at $14.99/month or $149.99/annually.
Homecraft Complete, which includes all three services, is billed at $34.99/month or $349.99/annually.
When you choose an annual subscription, you’ll receive your first and last months of service free. The annual plan is billed upfront at the discounted rate, and is non-refundable once activated. Payments are automatically charged to the subscriber’s designated payment method.
Emergency dispatches will be repaired immediately with no questions asked in the event that the total cost is below $250; however, if it will exceed the $250 threshold, SRH will promptly draft and release a detailed quote for member review and approval before moving forward. When the service has been completed, SRH will apply member discounts and invoice accordingly.
Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel at any time through the online portal or by contacting our support team at southernridgehomecraft@gmail.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
All sales are final. No refunds or partial credits are issued for unused time, rolled-over hours, emergency dispatches, or unrequested services.
Membership Commitment
Southern Ridge Homecraft subscriptions are designed to provide ongoing value and reliable support for your home. To maintain fairness and ensure the integrity of our services, benefits such as discounted labor rates, emergency dispatch savings, and rollover hours are available only to active members. Subscriptions require a three-month minimum commitment before cancellation is permitted. Members who cancel prior to the minimum term forfeit any unused hours, discounts, or pending service benefits. Continued membership ensures you maximize savings and receive priority access when you need us most.
Service Scope
Subscriptions cover priority scheduling, exclusive discounts, and concierge coordination only.
All labor, materials, and service fees are the responsibility of the homeowner and will be quoted directly by the professional at the time of service.
Membership benefits include:
$100 off each emergency dispatch (up to 2 annually, Home Radar & Complete only).
25% off up to 4 hours of Handy Neighbor or Essential Expert services each month, with rollover allowed up to 6 months.
Liability
Southern Ridge Homecraft LLC is not liable for damages caused by emergencies, project outcomes, or delays beyond our control. All service providers are vetted, licensed, and insured for your protection.
Changes to Subscription
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or terms with 30 days’ notice, communicated via email or through the user portal. Continued use of the subscription constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Accessing the Portal
Visit www.southernridgehomecraft.com/account/login and log in using your subscription email.
Managing Your Subscription
Update payment methods, view billing history, or cancel your subscription in the Account section.
Keep contact information up to date for accurate service coordination.
Requesting Services
Select the service type.
Provide a brief description of the issue or project, or photo if needed.
Submit the request to receive confirmation and an estimated scheduling or arrival time.
Tracking Service
The Service Status section shows the progress of your request, including provider details and scheduled arrival or appointment time.
