HomecraftHub
HomecraftHub is free. Create a login, add the closings you send us, and keep a Home Binder on each address. Get reminder pings for filters and batteries, book punch at list rate, see the schedule, and message us from that login. You do not join a membership to get the Hub.
If you work with us more than once
You already have the Hub. Membership is optional. It adds daily punch logs with photo documentation, member rates on our labor, and priority on the calendar — plus a professional view of every closing you send. Warranty-year items stay with the same crew. A one-off punch job does not require membership.

Basic Turnover
Final construction clean and debris haul-off with a walk-through checklist. Per-sq-ft, starting at $0.40/sq ft.
Standard Builder Handover
Final clean, punch-list repairs, touch-up painting, pressure wash, window cleaning, and a sign-off walkthrough. Typical range $0.50–$0.55/sq ft.
Premium / Custom Close-Out
Everything in Standard plus exterior detail, appliance prep, custom finish work, and a dedicated close-out coordinator. Custom quote.
