Property Manager
One work order. One local bench. Photos the owner can read.
Work orders pile up. Tenants follow up. Owners want a picture and a number. We take the ticket, coordinate the trade, document the visit, and send you something you can forward.
How it works
- 1
Send the work order.
- 2
We confirm access and any owner cap.
- 3
Crew on site.
- 4
Photos, notes, invoice coded to the unit.
HomecraftHub
HomecraftHub is free. Create a login, add the units you manage, and keep a Home Binder per address. Get reminder pings for filters and batteries, book at list rate, see the schedule, and message us from that login. You do not join a membership to get the Hub.
If you work with us more than once
You already have the Hub. Membership is optional. The management company is the member; tenants are not. It adds daily work-order logs with photo documentation, member rates on our labor, and priority on the calendar — plus a professional view of every address you send. A one-off ticket does not require membership.
