Buyer-side: a photo-rich report, a list sorted Cosmetic / Safety & Functional / Big-Ticket, and a firm quote you can use in negotiation. Seller-side: know what a buyer's inspector is likely to flag, then decide what to fix, disclose, or price around before the home hits the market. Inspect-only is available if you want the report without a repair quote from the same team.

HomecraftHub
HomecraftHub is free. Create a login, add the addresses you represent, and keep a Home Binder for each house — system specs, warranties, paint, filter sizes. Get reminder pings for filters and batteries, book at list rate, see the schedule, and message us from that login. You do not join a membership to get the Hub.
If you work with us more than once
You already have the Hub. Membership is optional. It adds daily project logs with photo documentation on every repair you send, member rates on our labor, and priority on the calendar — plus a professional view of every address you send. Your transaction coordinator can share the account. A one-off client does not require you to join.
