Southern Ridge Homecraft provides home management, maintenance coordination, and professional trade services. Estimates, timelines, and project scopes are provided in good faith based on information available at the time and may change as work progresses or as conditions are discovered on-site. We reserve the right to adjust scope, pricing, or scheduling with your written or electronic approval.

We coordinate and subcontract certain work to licensed trade partners who act as independent contractors. Southern Ridge Homecraft is not liable for the independent acts of these partners beyond the coordination and management services we provide.

To use the HomecraftHub portal, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for account inactivity.

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Approved work is billed per the agreed scope and payment terms. Invoices are due per the terms stated on the invoice; late payments may be subject to additional fees or suspension of services. Memberships and recurring services billed through our platform are governed by the plan terms you selected at checkout.

By opting in to text message notifications, you agree to receive automated text messages from Southern Ridge Homecraft at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies based on the services you are receiving — including appointment reminders, scheduling updates, project updates, and account alerts. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan.

Reply HELP for help or STOP to any message to cancel any time. Consent to receive text messages is not required to make a purchase. You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP, updating your notification settings in the HomecraftHub portal, or contacting us directly. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Southern Ridge Homecraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, portal, or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Our services are provided using commercially reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding results or outcomes. Work performed by subcontracted trade partners may carry separate warranties provided directly by those partners.

All content on our website and portal — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to Southern Ridge Homecraft and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or portal at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive — including liability and ownership clauses — remain in effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts located in the jurisdiction where Southern Ridge Homecraft operates.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
