HomecraftHub
HomecraftHub is free. Create a login for the association, add the common property, and keep a Home Binder with the specs and warranties the board needs. Get reminder pings for filters and batteries, book at list rate, see the schedule, and message us from that login. You do not join a membership to get the Hub.
If you work with us more than once
You already have the Hub. Membership is optional. The association is the member, not this year's president. It adds daily project logs with photo documentation on authorized work, member rates on our labor, and priority on the calendar — plus a professional view of every address the board sends. A one-off condition report does not require membership.
